Praia : locations de vacances en bord de mer

I very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s place. He and his wife were very welcoming, the house is beautiful and perfectly located. Alessandro was always helpful and kind and would happily answer questions, give recommendations and let me feel at home. Unfortunately, I could not communicate much with his wife because I don’t speak her languages. But she was patient with me when I tried to talk to her and was very kind, too. She is a great cook and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with them. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend having at least (!!) one meal with them :) I am already thinking about coming back because I only got to spend 3 nights there.

stanza bella e pulita, con materasso comodissimo. anche se non c'è l'aria condizionata, non abbiamo mai patito il caldo perché il ventilatore sul soffitto e la finestra rendono la stanza arieggiata. La colazione è buonissima, in particolare torta e pancakes davvero deliziosi. Posizione perfetta, di fronte alla spiaggia più bella di Vila do Maio. Consigliatissimo!!

Such a beautiful home! Incredible space, amazing value. Right on the water and within walking distance of the port. Love the roof terazza, wonderful housekeeper Nonna, so peaceful. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the beach.

Wir waren Februar 2019 für 2 Nächte in Dominiques Hotel. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach exakt den Fotos. Dominique ist ein sehr freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, bei Fragen war er aber jederzeit erreichbar. Auch das Dinner, das von Dominique selbst gekocht wird, können wir empfehlen. Preislich teurer als sonst in der Umgebung aber absolut angemessen. Die Auswahl an Restaurants ist in Vila do Maio sehr überschaubar und woanders hätten wir uns vermutlich nicht getraut ein Carpaccio de Lobo zu essen. Insgesamt ist die Casa Evora vermutlich die beste Adresse in Maio.

Great place as others have mentioned...I had to book last minute and got a room. The room is very clean and in a residential area. Very calm comfortable and view on the ocean. There is the AC and shops are 20minutes away by foot. Carlos was very nice, welcoming and very responsive via messages . Wifi worked great as well. I recommend 100%

Superbe maison d architecte lumineuse et à la deco soignée. Le confort est simple : pas d eau chaude pour une douche vivifiante ( à laquelle on s’y fait bien), rangement à minima et lit au confort spartiate. Les discutions avec Alex ont été riches et sympathiques dans un français soutenu. Une très belle expérience!

La résidence est un peu excentrée mais apporte calme et tranquilité. Bonus: elle offre la possibilité d'observer de magnifiques sunset depuis la chambre privée et/ou le toit terrasse. Pour nous, partager un espace chez l'habitant, c'est s'offrir les meilleurs informations touristiques et s'enrichir de la culture de l'Autre avec un grand "A". Bref, un merveilleux séjour d'une semaine chez Elena et Tito (et leurs adorables enfants) où l'on s'est sentis comme en famille. ❤️

Fabuleux. Maison très agréable, Vue magnifique, la piscine est splendide et la plage privée au pied de la maison est absolument merveilleuse - à 10 mn à pieds de la plage du village - très sympathique avec ses petits bars- et 15 mn de la plage sauvage sublime de preta - l’accueil est très bien géré - L’équipe nous a aidés à prendre les billets de ferry - un lieu idéal pour se reposer dans la douceur de l’île de Maio.

Patricia and her husband offer a magnificent house with the most beautiful view! The apartment offered everything we needed - a pool, quiet rooms, a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor BBQ and all support we could think of of Patricia and her staff. All in all: we had a wonderful stay in Maio, it is really an island to calm down, enjoy nature, sun and the sea. Thanks a lot!

Это прекрасный дом, с большой гостиной, полностью укомплектованной кухней, верандой, с видом на океан. В доме очень тихо, уютно, бассейн буквально за соседним домиком. От бассейна можно спуститься на маленький пляж. Большие отличные пляжи в 10 минутах прогулки. Рядом несколько магазинов, с хорошим ассортиментом продуктов. И главное: мы видели китов прямо с веранды нашего дома, это невероятно!

We spent a week here and it was excellent. The house is basic but comfy. The property is very calm and since the studio is on a side path, not many people walk in front. The pool and it's view on the ocean and sunset is just breathtaking. The beach down a few stairs is super nice and easy sandy access to swim. When snorkeling you can spot some very nice fish and rock formation. The property is minutes away from the center, shops and food places. Make sure to try "Cha-cha Chicken" (location on G.maps, just 1 minute walk) and the tuna (atum) at the restaurant on the Fort José. The welcoming was great, the staff is very friendly. There was no welcome basket for us at arrival but it is not important. We got picked up at the port by someone with a Stella Maris sign (which is the name of the property). Pick up was fast and no issues there. Overall very nice stay and would recommend to anyone looking for peace, great swimming experiences and easy access to town.

Un appartement de très haut standing avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et un service de sécurité dans la résidence. Le logement est encore mieux qu’en photo. Les parties communes comme la terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont biens entretenus. Samuel est très réactif au besoin, il propose des services supplémentaires comme les taxis depuis l’aéroport et la location de voitures que je recommande. Encore un grand merci, nous avons put passer un excellent séjour grâce à vous.

Très facile d’accès, au plus proche de la plage de Kebra Canela. Une vue superbe depuis la piscine.. Et un logement propre. Manque juste un peu de clarté dans la chambre et quelques fruits au matin serait génial ;)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Esther et Luiz. L’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des deux plages. Le logement est agréable, propre. Luiz est très réactif, très bonne communication. Je recommande à 200%

Merci beaucoup à mirian pour ces messages d'accueil, et son professionnalisme. positif: l'appartement est identique à la description et est super bien situé. vous êtes à 15/20 minutes a pied de tout. nous avons était super content de notre séjour de plus mirian est très réactif si vous avez un soucis! le soir vous avez un garde posté devant également trés sympathique. l'appartement contient tout ce que vous avez besoin, machine à laver, ustensiles de cuisine, micro ondes gaziniere, climatisation etc... négatif : - pommeau de douche à changer. - j'aurais apprécié 2/3 sachet de thé ou café pour le matin et un pack de petite bouteil d'eau (car arriver de nuit de samedi à dimanche) le dimanche tout était fermée. heureusement un taxi nous a trouver un supérette d'ouverte, ce serait un plus pour mirian, dont ces hottes apprécieront le gestes. apars c'est petits détails tout était parfait merci bonne continuation.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Else empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Nur es kommt sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche wenn man darunter steht und dann kann man auch nicht spät abends bescheid sagen. Man braucht schon ein Auto oder mietet sich ein Taxi wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will. Die Tipps in Bezug auf Restaurants waren sehr gut.

Gemütliches Appartement in einem Haus, welches direkt am Meer liegt. Stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Über die Strandpromenade ist das Stadtzentrum von Praia fußläufig oder wahlweise mit dem Taxi gut erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out mit der Möglichkeit Gepäck bis zur Weiterreise zwischenzulagern.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist gut. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Mercado Municipal empfiehlt sich ein Taxi für ca 2,50€. Es liegt eine informative Broschüre im Apartment mit allen wichtigen Tipps. Else hat uns noch weitere persönliche Tipps gegeben. Zu beachten ist, dass man bei einem Check- in nach 21.30Uhr verpflichtet ist mit einem von Else vermittelten Taxi anzureisen.
