Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. House Nikol

House Nikol is located in a quiet forested area on the outskirts of the nature reserve called Rt Kamenjak near the Pula. We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. HOUSE CAN BE BOOKED FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 16.Juny -15.September.

Kuća Penja, Großes Apartment

Das Apartment ist Teil des Kuća Penja, einem Ferienhaus mit künstlerischem Flair. Weitere Apartments und ein Wintergarten (Gruppenraum) mit Bad und Waschmaschine sind zubuchbar. Die Farbgestaltung durch Gemälde, Kreativmaterial und Gitarre laden zum Wohlfühlen und Ausprobieren ein. Die Einrichtung ist weder modern noch perfekt, aber liebevoll und individuell. Leider für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Toplage, südliche Terrasse mit schönem Blick, 5 Gehminuten zum Meer, der Naturpark grenzt ans Dorf.

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Villa Olea

It’s all about the village – a charming, tranquil place surrounded by endless olive groves and sun-drenched meadows. Here, you’ll find peace and elegance in our stylish, newly built villa from 2019. Bathed in natural light, the interior offers warmth and comfort, while outside, even more sunshine awaits you by the turquoise pool. And for those who prefer a bit of shade, there’s a majestic oak tree nearby – your perfect retreat from the midday sun.

Istrian home (heated private pool and sauna)

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Apartment for 4, peaceful-center of Premantura

One of the oldest houses in this area, located in the centre of Premantura in a quiet neighborhood. A fully furnished apartment for friends or family has two floors(2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and a terrace. Located near restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Close to cape Kamenjak(20 km of beach and beautiful untouched nature). Pets are allowed and also you have safe parking. Free Wi-Fi.

Modern family home in a prime location, just 150 m from Uvala Soline beach. Offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests. The city centre is 2.5 km away with good bus connections. Outside features a deck with BBQ and lounge area, private yard with swing, and a private heated pool (7x3 m, built 2023) with sunbeds. The pool is heated for added comfort, up to 26°C. Private parking for 2 cars.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

New house built in the heart of Premantura just a few steps from the Natural Park Kamenjak which is known for both sandy and rocky beaches with amazing canyons. The house owns one parking place and if you have a friend with paws, of course that will be welcome!
