Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 5 Munte (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on the second floor of our villa.

Apartments Pimpinella in Premantura are located 700m or 8min walk to the nearest beach, 3min walk to the center and restaurants, 5km to natural park Kamenjak where is more than 30 km of beautiful beaches. The apartments are located in quiet and peacefull area, it is completely renovated and equipped with everything you need including free WIFI for a great and relaxing holiday. Every apartment has coverred terrace with wonderfull garden in front and free parking.Pets are welcome.

A pleasant and comfortable apartment. There is good heating, so you can enjoy even during colder days. Apartment is sunny even in winter. The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

The property consists of fully equiped kithchen,bedroom,bathroom with a shower,aircondition,free wifi,smart tv, NETFLIX and the balcony overlooking the Triumphant Arch.It is perfect for eating out or just have a glass of vine in the evening! The market is a few minutes walk and it has an amazing amounth of freh fish,meat and vegetables. The port and the bus station are a few minutes walk.

The house is surrounded with just 3 other houses. This apartment nr. 2 is ground floor with large 60 square meters private terrace only for this apartment guests use. The terrace is fully equipped.
