Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

A charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stone cottage attached to a Grade II listed manor house in the picturesque conservation village of Wicken, Northamptonshire. Gated access and secure parking. The cottage is attached to a family home with over four acres of fields & garden. Chickens, cats and a family dog roam freely, often with sheep in the field. There are footpaths directly from the property into the surrounding countryside. The village also boasts a dog friendly pub which serves good food.

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a newly renovated barn conversion with 360 degree views of the Buckinghamshire countryside, the property has been renovated to a high standard, with one double & one king size bedroom and a walk in shower room, the open plan kitchen diner family space opens onto a large patio with fesoon lighting and rattan furniture, enclosed lawn & childrens play equipment, the utility room boosts a washing maching and tumble dryer.
