This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Completely new and remodeled kitchen..!

Bring your boat! You will have access to community waterfront and your own boat slip (accommodating boats up to 20 ft) , boat lift and dock space. This home is secondary waterfront & a steep 10 minute walk to/from the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.
