In reality villas present themselves a lot prettier than in photos on website. The area and surroundings are beautiful, calm and quite. Place is perfect as exit basis for exploring and sightseeing Tuscany. Rooms and beds are adequately big and clean. Kitchen and utensils are in sufficient quantity. Pool is clean, water warm. There’s no need for a battle for lawn chairs. Jacopo is very helpfull, communicative, serves his help everyday. The place is worthy of recommendation. We spent our holiday time comfortably in quaint area. All the best!

Superbe villa spacieuse et bien placée avec une très belle vue ! Piscine et cours de tennis génial Grandes tables pour manger dehors Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde On a passé un très bon moment dans cette très belle villa Il manque juste un grand four (il y a un mini four qui dépanne bien) et attention la machine à laver est dans une résidence à côté et payante (4€ la lessive)

De villa is echt een droomplek, wij hebben met onze dochter van 7 twee weken mogen genieten van het huis, het zwembad en de whirlpool en het adembenemende uitzicht en natuurlijk Toscane, vanaf de villa zijn Florence, Montepulciano, Siena etc binnen een uurtje te bereiken een auto is wel noodzakelijk gezien de ligging van de villa. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en de communicatie met Brigitta is uitstekend, echt onze beste vakantie ooit! Wij komen zeker terug!

Merci !! Nous avons bien profité de nos vacances entre copines à 9 ! Un peu d’humidité du fait du temps, mais l’endroit est idéal en été et réconfortant au coin du feu quand le beau temps n’est pas présent !

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Casa del Fico in aprile 2025. La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben curata, collocata nel silenzio delle campagne retrostanti Marina di Pescia Romana, con numerosi posti letto a disposizione. Oltre alla sala da pranzo al piano terra ve ne è una anche nel seminterrato, entrambe con lunghi tavoli che consentono pranzi e cene anche per ospiti numerosi (noi eravamo in 9). Nel bel giardino è presente una piscina e un gazebo con un altro grande tavolo che consente di mangiare all’aperto, meglio se sotto le stelle, ben visibili stante lo scarso inquinamento luminoso della zona (specie per chi vive in città). Numerosi sono i luoghi da visitare nel circondario: Saturnia, Tarquinia, il parco archeologico di Vulci, Viterbo, il lago di Bolsena, la Maremma, solo per citarne alcuni, oltre ovviamente al mare. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Non possiamo che consigliare la Casa del Fico a tutti coloro che intendono programmare una vacanza in queste belle zone.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. Francesco was exceptionally responsive & gave great local advice. We loved the little towns nearby and can’t wait to return soon. Highly recommended. Jack.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s villa. I think it somehow looks even better than the photos online. She was so helpful with sending recommendations for private drivers, chefs, wineries etc. Truly, I’m so grateful for how responsive and helpful she was. My only request or comment is that the house had a very strong odor of like dust or just being closed off which was really off putting upon arrival. It was a little embarrassing when my guests arrived and I had to apologize for the smell. I wish the house would have been opened up prior to our arrival so the odor was not the first impression. The smell did go away after the second day of having the doors and windows opened. I would definitely stay again. The location is private and absolutely beautiful!

Haus, Lage: direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, grosses Haus mit besonderer Architektur bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre, ideal für eine grosse Familie. Verschiedene Garten- Terrassenzonen. Alles sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Camilla ist eine sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It felt like home from day one. The views are phenomenal; the garden is peaceful and fragrant. The kitchen is a delight to cook in. We walked into the beautiful village of Panzano multiple times (some hills which helped us burn off the pasta calories!). We didn’t want to leave.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.

A great place for a large group! Loved the outdoor space and view. A truly beautiful home. An overall great stay. Tentative manager. Pros: - Spacious house - Many rooms - Outdoor space - Games/kids supplies - Charging Adapters - Washer & Dryer - Many bathrooms Cons: - Not a self check-in. It was stressful coordinating with the manager while trying to travel and coordinate with our large group. - Hot tub wasn’t clear on how to heat and we would have loved to have it full and warm for arrival after a long travel day for us and the kids. - Downstairs bed was very firm. - We didn’t have enough dishwasher pods, toilet paper or paper towels for our group so we had to buy some. I feel that should be included.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Incredible Tuscan countryside villa! Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Bedrooms were roomy with room for 6 adult guests to also have our own bathrooms. Nestled on a hillside amongst olive groves with an infinity pool that is serene and lush. 2 kitchens and an outdoor patio to enjoy the late evenings and watch the beautiful Tuscan sunsets. Leonardo and Claudia were amazing hosts. It was my birthday when we were there and Claudia brought over a cake for us to enjoy. They are the sweetest, kindest people! They also had so many recommendations for us for eating, shopping and activities. One of the recommendations was to have Lorenzo come to our villa to be a private chef for dinners. We did and we were so happy with that experience. We also booked Lorenzo to wine tour with us one of the days we were there. He drove us around to some incredible towns and wineries nearby. Highly recommend this place and we hope to come back again!

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Sestuccia. The house is spacious, as are the grounds. Both are well maintained. There is ample room with different areas to relax indoors and outside. We communicated with Briggita who was quick to respond, always friendly and always helpful. We particularly liked the location which has easy access to many spots of interest and restaurants. We enjoyed collecting eggs in the morning for our breakfast - such a fun touch. We highly recommend Villa Sestuccia and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit perfektem Grundstück. Da ist viel Wert auf das Detail gelegt worden. Nur im April würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen - die Toscana kann da noch sehr nass und kalt sein. Aber ANSONSTEN gERNE WIEDER: Und es ist auch nicht weit zu den Orten , die man gesehen haben muss....

Mel is a fantastic host and the place is exactly like in your most vivid Tuscany dreams.:) It's not our first time here and we absolutely loved everything about the place. We booked all three homes available at Mel's place and had an unforgettable week with the entire family - highly highly recommended! Thank you, Mel for being absolutely fabulous!✨

This villa was absolutely perfect for what I was hoping for. It was even better than the pictures, and the surroundings were beautiful. We loved the secluded feel of the villas, and the size of the villas was perfect for our group. Serena was super helpful and very flexible, so I can't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Het huis was prachtig. Bijna alles was geweldig een paar kleine puntjes. De keuken wat klein voor een grote groep. Er miste schaaltjes voor bijvoorbeeld yoghurt… of die hebben wij niet gevonden. Er was een stopcontact in een slaapkamer wat onveilig en er miste een douchegordijn in de gedeelde badkamer. Maar verder was het geweldig alles heel schoon en groot prachtige zwembad met tuin eromheen. Erg genoten

Francesco is nice:) He brought us welcome pizzas and dessert. His response is instant. The place is quiet which provide you completely private place. Just a bit far from town if you cannot drive yourselves. If you have cars, it is not a problem, just few minutes drive from town. The place looks exactly the same as the pictures, clean and tidy. Definitely enough space for 8 adults. Recommend.

Superbe maison dans les vignes entourée de somptueux coteaux dans un incroyable cadre de carte postale. Parfait pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner entre Sienne, Florence et le Chianti ou se reposer en profitant de la piscine. Elisa, toujours à l'écoute, est très reactive et répondra quasiment sans délai.

Magnifique villa ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis, farniente et dolce vita assurée, Points positifs: Très bon accueil de notre hôte, dans un domaine sécurisé la maison est isolée des autres. La vue encore plus belle que sur les photos. On y aperçoit Volterra et ses environs. Exceptionnel. Bonnes prestations, piscine superbe, éclairage le soir, mobilier extérieur de qualité, Points à améliorer: l’absence de climatisation à l’intérieur même s’il y avait des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre. Électricité vétuste Dans tous les cas nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

We had a wonderful week at Sergio's family's villa. Massimo met us with Sergio on our arrival and showed us around the villa. The villa is located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside about 3 miles (10 minutes drive) from Montevarchi which has a great selection of supermarkets including a huge Coop with the best cheese counter we have ever seen. Sergio's family gave us a great number of recommendations from restaurants to local sights etc. One restaurant we particularly liked was Le Mura del Cassero in Montevarchi. We had a couple of trips, one to Siena by car and another to Florence by train. Both very accessible. The pool at the villa is wonderful (Massimo checked it every morning before we even surfaced) and Sergio and Massimo were the kindest hosts. They gave us a huge fruit bowl, prosecco, beers, pastries, home produced olive oil and their own delicious wine...truly lovely generous people. We would definitely recommend this villa to others!
