Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

La chambre donne sur la cour intérieure avec un petit balcon, loin du bruit de la rue principale. Le centre-ville historique est accessible à pied, en quelques minutes, avec le sentier cyclable / piéton face au lac. La gare principale de Côme se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied.
