Completamente e recentemente ristrutturato, si compone di cucina, ampia camera da letto, bagno, spazio relax all'aperto con tavolo. Dotato di aria condizionata e ogni tipo di comfort, é ieale per 2/3 persone, in cucina è presente un letto singolo. Piscina privata in condivisione con altri ospiti.

Una piccola costruzione indipendente di fronte al mare nel giardino di un’antica villa nella zona più esclusiva di Porto Santo Stefano, a pochi passi dal centro del paese, dai negozi, bar, ristoranti. Spiaggia libera 100 m La dependance è costituita da una camera con bagno. Non c’è cucina, ma è dotata di frigobar e macchina caffè Nespresso. Gli spazi interni ridotti - equivalenti ad una confortevole e panoramica cabina di una nave da crociera - sconsigliano soggiorni superiori ad una settimana.

Seccatoio est une maison individuelle en pierre d'une superficie de 60 m². Il peut accueillir 2 à 4 personnes et possède la chambre du lit au premier étage, sous le toit antique. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une cuisine, une grande salle de bain et un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes. Il offre une belle vue sur Monte Amiata. Derrière la maison une terrasse avec table à manger et grill à l'ombre et une autre petite terrasse devant la cuisine pour profiter des couchers de soleil.

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. Air conditioner is available. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15-20 minutes along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.
