"Casa Chiassarello" con piscina

Casa Chiassarello si trova in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, a pochi passi dal centro di Roccastrada. La casa, interamente in pietra, é ricavata da un vecchio frantoio. L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. A disposizione degli ospiti giardino e piscina, entrambi ad uso esclusivo, nella proprietà non ci sono altri ospiti.

B&B Chiostro San Marco Appartamento

Il nostro b&b è situato nel centro storico di Tarquinia a soli pochi metri dal museo storico e dal quattrocentesco palazzo Vitelleschi. E' ubicato nel complesso architettonico del monastero di San Marco, dove un tempo vivevano i famigerati frati Neri a cui apparteneva tutta la struttura, composta da chiesa, chiostro e dalle imponenti mura di cinta della città. Il b&b oltre alla splendida camera da letto offre ampia e funzionale cucina, 2 bagni, parcheggio, noleggio biciclette e book crossing!

L'appartamento è un grande loft con un alto soffitto di travi di legno. Anticamente era un granaio. In posizione tranquilla, nel centro storico di Montepulciano. L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie. Il loft è dotato di wi-fi, lavatrice, smart TV. Un posto auto in un parcheggio privato, a 120 metri dal loft, è incluso.

L'Arrocco offre il privilegio unico di dormire in una vera torre medievale, con un terrazzino in cima da cui si gode una vista spettacolare delle torri e dei tetti di Tarquinia, del mare, della campagna circostante. E' annesso a un loft finemente ristrutturato nel 2019 con ogni comfort contemporaneo, in un palazzetto d'epoca di squisita bellezza. 75 metri quadri complessivi per quattro persone.
