Province of Livorno : locations de vacances dans des gîtes à la ferme

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti nell'appartamento di Marina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e confortevole, ben curato, pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio (stoviglie, prodotti x pulizia, phon...) x una pausa di relax immersi nel verde di vigneti davvero suggestivi. C'è inoltre uno spazio esterno dotato di tavolo e sedie per stare all'aria aperta. Abbiamo avuto modo di fare qualche chiacchierata con Marina e la figlia Giulia, sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ottimi consigli turistici sulla zona, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale!

Tutto perfetto, luogo super accogliente e bellissimo. Isabella e la sua famiglia ci ha accolti al meglio e soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste durante la nostra GTE dell'elba. Appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente con piscina fantastica, luogo incantevole e ben tenuto. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità e aver soddisfatto le nostre richieste

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Nicoletta. Das Haus und der Garten sind traumhaft. Wir hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und lädt zu einem längeren Aufenthalt ein. Nicoletta und ihre Partnerin waren sehr freundlich und haben uns immer unterstützt. Sogar als wir bei unserer Abreise etwas vergessen hatten, haben sie alles getan damit wir unsere Sachen zurückbekommen. Ein tolles Erlebnis in der Toscana das unvergesslich bleiben wird. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Gruß Clemens

Wij verbleven 10 dagen bij farmhouse Santa Chiara. De locatie is erg plezierig als je van een rustige omgeving houdt en het niet erg vindt om plusminus één uur in de auto te zitten voor het bezoeken van stadjes zoals: Volterra, San Gimigano, Piombino, Livorno en Lucca. De locatie is perfect om het bezoeken van stadjes/dorpjes te combineren met het bezoeken van de zee. Wij zijn zeker tot rust gekomen op deze locatie onder andere vanwege de heerlijke tuin met een zwembad (die elke dag twee keer door Claudio wordt schoongemaakt (pluspunt)). Kortom top verblijf voor een rustige vakantie in de Toscane.

Vittore’s place is wonderful! Piero has been a great host! Easy communication and high availability. We had such a great time, will surely be back!

Filomena's husband met us at check-in and was very friendly. Place was as described, a traditional Italian countryside stay. The surroundings were lovely and we were able to find a restaurant less than 10mins away. The kitchen was a little small but well equipped. Whilst it is at the end of a gravel lane it is not a difficult drive and easy enough to find with the instructions given.

Honestly, this was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had (over 10 years)! Stefano and Marta are wonderful people and wonderful hosts. The farm is sublime, beautiful, and relaxing. The pool, the views, the animals, are all lovely beyond words. The apartment itself is super clean, well-stocked, cozy, and cool (AC!). You can tell that Stefano and Marta put a lot of love into creating these spaces for guests. They have lovely furnishings, books, games, and everything for cooking. They also live on the farm and Stefano greeted us with fresh eggs and shared delicious food and wine with us. They felt like family. But we also had lots of private space and time to relax by the pool, walk through the olive trees, check out the chickens, and hang with the cats outside. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back for sure. This is what Airbnb is all about - Stefano and Marta knock it out of the park with this little piece of heaven!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

This location is honestly the best. The views are amazing. No light polution so we could see the stars clearly. Lovely family atmosphere. Pool is kept clean. Beautiful flowers and spaces to eat outside. It's not a private place since other apartments are usually booked. However while we were there the pool was hardly used by anyone else and it was nice meeting other people from around the world. The owners made us feel so welcome. Thank you for an amazing time.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Schöne, ruhige Lage. Sehr sauberes Haus und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Der schöne Garten war gross mit einigen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten. Herzlichen Dank an Gianluigi und seinen Vater!

Een agriturismo die uitblinkt als mini-resort. De moderne, luxueuze atmosfeer straalt rust en gastvrijheid uit. De accommodatie is onberispelijk dankzij de uiterst vriendelijke schoonmaaksters. Andrea's persoonlijke ontvangst was hartelijk, informatief en geruststellend. De kamers bieden een perfecte balans tussen moderne luxe en ecologische charme, met service en kwaliteit van topniveau. Gasten kunnen genieten van privacy, terwijl de sfeer met Marina, Andrea en medegasten warm en persoonlijk is. Andrea's expertise over lokale wijnen is indrukwekkend, met een uitstekende selectie gekoelde flessen. Marina's ontbijt is een culinair hoogtepunt: biologisch, huisgemaakt, gevarieerd en dagelijks verrassend met zoete en hartige opties. De huisgemaakte olijven bij de wijn en de producten van eigen land bij het ontbijt verrijken de ervaring. Het landgoed is goed bereikbaar en biedt ruime parkeergelegenheid. Na een week voelden we ons als vrienden en vertrokken we met weemoed. Wij komen terug!

Our stay at Chiccas appartement was wonderful. The rooms were clean and gave us enough space. The giant garden is an amazing place to relax in the nature and enjoy the day without going anywhere. Chicca and Arno are very nice hosts who showed us where to eat and what are the best places to go the sea. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

We stayed at Nicoletta’s abode for 4 days. She was a lovely host that gave us a homemade bottle of wine when we first arrived. She also recommended lots of places for us to visit and that was really helpful. There’s also a super adorable and friendly dog Mia that made our stay so much more memorable. As we had been travelling for a week before this, we were running out of clean clothes and Nicoletta very kindly helped us with the laundry. Lastly, the view atmosphere and environment of where the house is situated, in my opinion, was absolutely perfect. If we are ever back in Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again. Es ist eine unfassbar schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick und schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Ive ist die beste Hostin die wir je hatten, sie hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns Tische in tollen Restaurants reserviert die sie empfohlen hatte. Sie kann auch toll mit Hunden und hat selber super süße Hunde. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Bivanje pri g. Pietru je bilo super. Z družino in našim kužijem smo se imeli čudovito. Bili smo sicer samo 3 dni, ampak vredno vožnje in denarja. Koristili smo tudi bazen in je ravno prav velik za obiskovalce apartmajev. V ta BnB se bomo definitivno vrnili za dalj časa.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Ho alloggiato nella tenuta 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno insieme ad un gruppo di amici. La permanenza è stata molto positiva, la casa è molto accogliente e ci ha permesso di organizzare una bellissima cena di capodanno disponendo di una cucina molto attrezzata. Tutte le stanze sono molto ampie e la disponibilità di 3 bagni attrezzati con doccia aiuta nella convivenza tra tante persone. Il salotto con ampio tavolo in vetro e camino aperto hanno reso la cena e il dopo cena un bel ricordo. La vista panoramica non ha prezzo, tutti noi ci siamo innamorati del posto, un luogo che, per questi 3 giorni, ha profumato di casa. Sicuramente ci sarà un nostro ritorno

Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires, idéalement situé au cœur de la Toscane pour sillonner chaque jour vers un endroit différent. Parking en face de la maison, il n'y a pas toujours de la place, il y a un autre parking à 200 mètres. Je suis venu 8 jours fin décembre. Quand je suis arrivé, il faisait 8 degrés dans l'appartement. L'appartement aurait dû être à bonne température pour mon arrivée. Donc première soirée bien fraîche... Un document de bienvenue et d'informations sur le fonctionnement de la maison, la gestion des poubelles, des sites alentours... serait apprécié. Pas de contact avec la propriétaire. Boîte à clé et pas de message de bienvenue ou intermédiaire durant le séjour. L'appartement est vaste, fonctionnel et a beaucoup de charme. Literie excellente. Au calme et très belle vue sur les Appennins.

Villa louée à l’occasion d’un anniversaire entre amis. Cristina a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Très à l’écoute et arrangeante. C’était absolument parfait. Magnifique logement avec vue incroyable, tout le confort (y compris matériel pour bébé) est présent et même plus. Encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photos.

There aren't enough stars to rate Casa del Capitano this was our second stay and we live in the state of Washington USA, it's a bit of a jaunt to get there but it is sooooo worth it!!!! It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience of a lifetime. Michael and Andrea have taken on an unimaginable task of turning this spot into something magical, truly there are not enough words to describe it. The view, the interior, the comfort, the added touches are extraordinary, the sauna, the spa, are beyond perfect and did I mention the view....absolutely breathtaking!!!! The town with the most charming restaurants is the best, we planned our 4 week trip so that we ended with Elba, Monte Grosso and its incredible hosts, it was hard to leave but God willing we will return someday soon...xo D&D

Una bella casa in una posizione incantevole. Ideale per staccare la spina e ricaricarsi e con molte possibilità nelle vicinanze. Antonio e Carmela estremamente gentili ed accoglienti. Ottima la possibilità di portare con noi il nostro cane e di avere uno spazio recintato in totale sicurezza. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione. La consiglio vivamente!

Tomaso’s place is a wonderful private spot just outside the delightful town of Peccioli. He met us to show us the way to the house, which is down a long steep driveway. Although the driveway is steep, it is navigable and it adds to the seclusion and charm. Our rental car - a regular sedan - had no trouble managing it. He has done a great renovation on this old farmhouse, giving it all the modern conveniences. Tomaso is quick to respond to messages. We didn’t make it to his restaurant, but made several visits to the family bakery, which has the best baked goods we’ve had since we were in Paris!
