The apartment is in downtown but in quiete and silent street, just 10 mins walk from the Train Station. The place is an unique and warm and you have all amenities near by. The flat is located at first floor and got 1 bedroom + 1 sofa bedroom that with a double pocket door become an additional room. Then a pleasant living room with fireplace, kitchen and cosy bathroom complete the apartment. To Visit: Cascata delle Marmore – the highest waterfall of Italy Rome - in less then one hour by train

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.
