The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

Olga's House is up on a hill, distant views of the sea. A lovely breeze most days, to keep you cool. House had everything we needed. Pool was clean. BBQs, firepit. A car is essential. The road up is gravel and steep in places, but a normal car is sufficient. Lidl is 20 min away, Alphamega the same. Camel Park 15 minutes. Larnaca 30 mins. There are some sandy beaches nearby, but don't expect cafes and bars every ten metres. It suited us as we wanted peace and quiet. If you have teens who need entertaining all day and night then probably not for you. Small kids will love it, but obviously need monitoring near the pool. The grounds are huge, there are some trip hazards, so a torch might be useful if you take out the bin at night, alternatively take it out next day. Olga is a great host, great comes and very flexible. We are already looking at booking again.
