Our beautiful garden flat sits on the site of one of the oldest Nurseries in England. Renovated & refurbished this 2 bedroomed luxury flat is in a quaint village in the heart of the Somerset country. Equipped with modern conveniences it retains a sense of charm & character. Whether you are looking for beautiful country walks, a visit to the cycle café of the year or just a relaxing visit we are for you. Noresire is a ground floor flat with a family member above so footsteps may be heard.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Renovated to a high standard, beautifully furnished, spacious and sunny with stunning views and easy access to the Somerset levels. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with smart TV, dining area overlooking the orchard and newly fitted bathroom. Large garden and hot tub for you to enjoy. Walking distance to a well stocked village shop and local country pub.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
