Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

Our four day stay at Katia’s was exactly what we needed. Centrally located in San Isidro and with all the amenities listed. We needed to drop off our luggage a bit early and she was super responsive and allowed us to drop off our stuff prior to check-in - thank you! Great value for the location and space.

The host, Cesar, and his property were perfect for my needs. It was centrally located in Miraflores, but a bit away from Parque Kennedy, which is what I wanted. He allowed for early check in and late check out due to my travel plans and was very timely w/ his communications. The property also had keyless entry which made getting into and out of the property a breeze. ACs in the bedrooms were a must have and worked perfectly.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Pasamos un fin de semana increíble, la casa es linda y tiene todas las comodidades 🤩 tiene de todo, sombrillas, sillas para la playa, y más… una terraza muy linda. El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

Nuestra estadía fue perfecta. Francisco fue de gran ayuda durante todo el tiempo, es super amable y responde tus mensajes/preguntas muy rápido. El lugar es tal como aparece en las fotos: amplio, súper cómodo y bien ubicado, cerca de varios sitios turísticos. Super recomendado!

Fue una experiencia única, un departamento con balcón al mar y al Larcomar, el día que vuelva a Lima trataré de estar nuevamente ahí. Vale la pena.

Hermoso el departamento súper cómodo y limpio, excelente trato de Norma, accesible y cercano a varios distritos de Lima. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Buen lugar para pasarla en familia, tranquilo y cerca a la playa. Tiene piscina en el depa y también si se desea se puede reservar la otra piscina de la terraza. Hubo algunos problemas cuando llegamos pero siempre estuvieron pendientes de que se solucionaran lo más rápido posible y siempre atentos a lo que preguntemos sobre el lugar. Fue flexible con el check out.

Jorge is always easy to reach. The location is beautiful and just minutes from the beach, delicious restaurants and stores.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.
