Lisa is a wonderful host and very proactive in her communications. We arrived on the day of the island wide blackout and Lisa had already sent a message while we were driving to let us know that the generator was running; a few other additional instructions; and the maintenance man, Juan, would be by the next day to check on things. We were so thankful to have the generator (even though we used it sparingly) and the pool. Even with the blackout we were operating pretty normally. Lisa’s place is the best! We have stayed at another house she used to host on the same street but this was hands down way better! It has everything you need from a full kitchen of everything you need for cooking inside and outside; pool and beach toys/supplies. We loved our time at the beach/pool during the day and in the backyard living space at night. The balcony was also lovely for morning coffee and evening drinks. The house is also walkable to the square. We can’t wait to come back again!!!!

Gio was a very friendly and responsive host. He provided us with more amenities than were listed on the description which we really appreciated. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage during our stay, but he was very responsive with updates throughout. The location is walkable to restaurants, bars, and gorgeous beaches. We didn’t get the beautiful Rincon sunset we were hoping for but certainly can’t hold that against our lovely host. We would definitely stay again.

This house was super clean, very nicely furnished, and the landscaping was lush, green, and tropical—really gave it that island vibe. It’s in a great location too: just a short walk to a quiet little neighborhood beach (we had it all to ourselves), and only about 10 minute drive to great surf spots with rentals. It is in a residential area with some traffic, and there are roosters and dogs around, which added a bit more background noise than we personally prefer. That said, it’s a beautiful spot and would be a great choice for anyone wanting to stay close to the beach with easy access to surfing and the coast!

Super clean and perfectly located. Great cross-ventilation throughout the house. We love the porch and garden area for morning coffee. Already planning our next visit.

This facility was impeccable upon entering . As guests we made sure to treat extensively with respect . We used the kitchen and made SURE to clean everything, EVERY TIME. We washed the shower walls once a week - We swept every day - we were very very kind to ANY animal that was in sight . We travel Italy & Greece often - being KIND to furry babies is what you do - When you ck out be considerate to your hosts - they have to prepare for the next guests , it’s true , but courtesy goes a long way in respecting housewares and furniture This apartment you can tell is decorated with love ❤️. We will return - absolutely!!!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

Janpierre place was clean, safe. We enjoyed staying at his place and definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This location was beautiful! Quick walk to the beach and a nice downtown area close by. Yolanda was very communicative, helpful, and clear with info.
