This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This is a brand new guest house in the Historic Heights neighborhood walking distance to local upscale shopping and dining. The home is close to UAMS, ACH, downtown, UALR, and most major medical centers. We are minutes from the Arkansas River Trail and Big Dam Bridge.
