The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Welcome to The Mockingbird at Chester Nests! The Mockingbird is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor's Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences.
