The Farmhouse at Brainard Valley Ranch

Come relax at the Farmhouse at Brainard Valley Ranch. This house is tucked away from all the busyness of daily life. The house provides a cozy feel accompanied with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the hot tub and in the evenings keep warm around the fire pit. Morning or night you can usually find the deer and our horse feeding in the fields. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Small cabin close to town

Cabin was built by my grandparents about 40 years ago using timber cut from the land. Cabin is about 5 miles from town but feels country. Road is quite, with just local traffic, local being the people that live on the road. Very quite setting. Great place to relax where ever you find yourself, wither it is in the house, on one of the porches, or in the yard. House also has a fire pit in the back yard, & a charcoal gill if you want to grill out. We are pet friendly!

The home is spacious in the room sizes and the layout. Enjoy the front porch for relaxing or the back screened-in porch to read a book.
