Freshly remodeled, clean and quiet apartment in San Pablo Malolos Bulacan. Centrally located just off of McArthur highway. Easy on off of NLEX Balagtas exit, 25 minutes to Philippine Arena, 10mins to DPWH, walking dist. to S&R, 10mins to Robinson's Mall by car. 2 cars free parking, keypad entry. Study table, TV, AC in bedroom upstairs with full size bed for 2, bedrm downstairs has a bunkbed with a fan on each. Ceiling fan in living room, larger fridge, shower heater, elec. stove & utensils.

The pool and gym may, or may not be available during your stay as the pool can be booked for private events. Located on a 104 sqm, gated CORNER lot in Mansfield Residences Angeles City, a secure community complete with roving guards and CCTV surveillance. The house is fully air conditioned. The whole house except for one storage room, is available for use. There is a large garden/parking area that can fit up to three cars.
