Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We really liked the house and location at the end of the street. House was very clean and newly renovated , updated with any amenities that we needed! Beds were very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very clean and well equipped condo on the 10th floor overlooking the gulf and bay.l From our lanai we watched dolphins, ospreys and one morning a bald eagle diving for fish. Scott was a great host and responded to any questions we had within minutes. The property has a nice private beach, pool and 4 weber gas grills. Flippers restaurant is only steps away. The only issue is that the new bridge onto Ft.Myers Beach is under construction so at times there is construction noise and access to the beach south of the bridge is blocked. This was not a big issue for us and overall we had a very enjoyable week.

Instructions to the property were so easy to follow. The location is really good and the backyard on the lake was wonderful and relaxing. The private screened in porch was sooo good! It had a coffee maker and toaster to use with all the extras to use it. The bathroom was modern and super clean. The bedroom! The bed and pillows was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept like a rock. No noise, peaceful and I felt safe. I would highly recommend a stay here and would for sure stay here again!

Mikes place was phenomenal. They went the extra mile to accommodate my stay! The place was beautiful and amazing and I highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Everything from the beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The private balcony was a perfect place to relax if you need a break from the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Beautiful property and so close to turtle beach. Near the end of a dead end, so not a lot of traffic. Unit was stocked with everything we needed and the common room full of beach and water gear is so thoughtful for those of us that fly in from out of town. thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing time at Tad's place! Right on the canal where we could walk out on the dock and just enjoy! Close to grocery and shopping, but not right in the middle of it. I can't even say how much we needed a place like this. Thanks so much and thanks for always getting back with me about anything and everything. We would stay again in a heart beat!!!

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

It is a very nice place. We sat out on the patio every night and had dinner. Kitchen is fully equipped. We had a nice relaxing visit.

Susan's home is outstanding both outside and inside! Inside was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked for all of our needs. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bathroom towels. Susan has impeccable taste and attention to detail in making her home very inviting for our family gathering. The outside is fabulous. The yard has many colorful flowers and very well maintained flower beds and palm trees in the front, side and backyard. The pool and hot tub are very clean and nice. Susan's backyard is very unique with a large dock, that extends into the river. Our family enjoyed evenings fishing off the dock which Susan has illuminated with many beautiful lights. There are many swinging and other chairs for our enjoyment. Susan promptly responded in person to any request and went out of her way to make our family's vacation memorable and special. Susan's home is a diamond in the rough!

If you are thinking about this spot, just do it! We had a great time and saw manatees and dolphins every day right outside of the window! We brought a boat and easily drove it to the slip through the canals and were able to go out into the bay most of the days we stayed. Very easy compared to launching from a ramp every time we anted to go out. The house is beautiful and looks just like all the the photos. Our group had an amazing time

Great place! So many little added amenities. Pool toys, fishing poles, camp chairs, etc. There was some unexpected construction next store, but the host addressed it right away! Our kids loved the quick trip to the water park just down the road!

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

This condo was exactly as described, and it is amazing! It sits right on the harbor, you can sit out on the screened porch and watch the boats come and go while listening to the live music next-door at the restaurant. We spent some time in the pool, which was extremely well maintained, and everybody in the complex is so friendly. We loved being able to just walk next-door and grab a bite to eat, don’t miss out on the Trading Posts’s specials for lunch! We hope to rent this place again soon.

Location could not be better. Sooo relaxing and beautiful! Very clean and well stocked and updated place. We enjoy the heated pool a lot as well since the weather was cold. Condo was Close to everything. Beach and the view was beautiful! We can’t wait to come back. Loved our dinner at the summer house as well and the siesta village and our kayak tour on the bay.

Denise's place was absolutely lovely! The condo was beautifully cleaned, cozy and homey, with an amazing view! we absolutely loved relaxing here for a few days. Denise was so kind to let us check in early which really helped a lot. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. I truly cannot recommend a lovelier place to stay! If we find yourself in Fort Meyers again, we will certainly stay here!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and everything I could have asked for and so much more. Mother Nature was not our friend however the staff helped with any of the uncontrollable situations handed to us ALL this past week. My mom and I loved it so much we looked into the real-estate listings. I can’t wait to come back when it’s not in the beginning of hurricane season and get a dry look around. With that being said, this resort has a fantastic beach for shelling and amazing views. Even the dolphins came to swim close to the shore. 10 out of 10, can’t wait to sea you again!!

We LOVED our stay. It was so peaceful and the view from the balcony was magical. The care/communication was top notch! Highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, where everything happens. Next door to Pinchers. Beautiful water view. Conveniently located next to Publix supermarket and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is that it could use some de cluttering a bit. Aside from that no complaints and would love to have my parents come back for another 5 weeks next winter. Walking distance from where we live as well. Just the perfect location Thank yoj
