Villa très agréable et fonctionnelle, grande piscine privative avec plusieurs coins détente et repas, joli jardin dans un quartier calme proche du golf. Villa bien climatisée appréciable surtout en ces fortes chaleurs. Hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

Wir waren im Juni 2024 für zwei Wochen zu Gast. In dieser Zeit haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden von der zuständigen Verwaltung umgehend, freundlich und zuverlässig beantwortet und erledigt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wurde in einem sauberen Zustand an uns übergeben. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub in diesem schönen und geräumigen Haus verbringen.

A great place to stretch out and relax! Jemima was very responsive through the whole process! We really enjoyed the endless amenities within the property and the ability to feel at home. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for welcoming us to your property !

A great villa in a quiet, peaceful location. Juan is a wonderful host - he met us as we arrived and was there to answer all our questions promptly. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

I had the pleasure of staying almost 2 months in this wonderful appartment. It´s very quiet due to it´s location and you have complete privacy (you won´t notice that the hosts are living in the other part of the house). The appartment is comfortable and very well equiped. And the garden is simply a lovely area, very big and with a very nice pool, and sunny throughout the day. All in all it was a great stay and I can highly recommend it! Olga and Andrew are great hosts, very kind, helpful and responsive.

Mooie moderne woning rustig gelegen vlak bij de golf . De woning heeft een verwarmd buitenzwembad wat zeer aangenaam is in de winter. De tuin geeft weinig privacy. De woning vrij nieuw maar is basic gemeubileerd. Het laken en handdoeken pakket is zeer basic en minimaal, alsook de huisraad . De verhuurmaatschappij is zeer moeilijk bereikbaar en heeft ons in de steek gelaten bij problemen wat jammer is . Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf.

Magnifique villa très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le cadre également est très apaisant. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour ! Pavo a été un hôte très accueillant et chaleureux , toujours à l’écoute et réactif. Nous recommandons cette villa et espérons et revenir très prochainement.

Absolutely amazing place and stay. Highlights were pool, sauna and home cinema, but everything else we're spot on as well, from comfortable beds to cleanliness and level of quality. Hosts were amazing and everything worked perfectly, even when the reservation was done on the day of arrival, only couple of hours before arriving to the house. Thank you for a beautiful experience in a fantastic house.

What a wonderful villa, just minutes from the beach. The villa had everything you could need and really lovely communal spaces. The balcony on the first floor was our favourite! Alex was always quick to respond and really helped us with our arrival - from transfer referrals to being on hand to help receive - and unpack - our online grocery order! We really appreciated the flexibility on our arrival and departure time too. Thanks again Alex - we had a fabulous time in your wonderful villa!

Tout simplement magique! Un lieu magnifique, calme et reposant. Josefa a su rendre ce lieu unique avec toutes les commodités. Impeccable et propreté irréprochable, l’extérieur est également un atout pour les grandes familles. We had an amazing time at this beautiful house! It matched the description perfectly and was even more spacious than we expected based on the pictures. Our group of 9 had plenty of room, and the house could easily accommodate 10. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away, and the pool was a fantastic bonus. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the sea—it made every morning and evening extra special! The only minor issue was with the electricity, which Silvia had explained upon our arrival. If all the air conditioners, fridges, oven, and stove were running at the same time, the circuit breaker would trip. It wasn’t a big deal though, and we managed just fine. Overall, the house was well worth the price. Silvia and Elena were both incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot!

Una auténtica maravilla de casa, completamente equipada, con mucho espacio, piscina, una buena cocina y una barbacoa maravillosa. Para ser agosto en Murcia, me sorprendió la temperatura. El calor era llevadero, más aun teniendo la piscina, y por la noche refrescaba. El acceso muy fácil y muy buena conexión con la playa. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue maravillosa, siempre disponibles para cualquier duda.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Villa. It was immaculately clean and had all facilities required. Chrissy the owner was super helpful as was Sabrina the house keeper. Will definitely be returning!

Beautiful house. Very close to super markets for home cooking in a lovely kitchen or easily walkable into the centre of San Javier or down to the beach in Santiago de la Ribera.

Nice place plenty of room and really clean

The house is in a great location, quiet yet not isolated, easy to walk in to the local town. It is very well equipped with lots of nice touches and details. the outside areas are very well laid out and furnished for sunbathing and dining outside. cleaning was spotless throughout, would thoroughly recommend.

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!
