Situé au troisième et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble moderne, il est équipé de grandes fenêtres coulissantes et d'une grande terrasse meublée (30 m2) avec table et chaises. Le logement est parfait pour des vacances en couple et bénéficie d'une vue panoramique sur tout le golfe de Marina di Ragusa.
