The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints.
