Key Lime Cottage is located on the bay portion of Lake Santa Fe. This unique fully renovated private cottage sits directly on the lake. The cottage is equipped with all the essential amenities. This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.
