Entering our home you will find a gourmet kitchen; 4 spacious bedrooms (1 King on the main level and 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin upstairs) 2 full baths including a spa bath on the main level. Everything you need to rest, relax, cook, Netflix binge is at your fingertips. You can sit on the porch swing or grill and relax on the back deck.

Inside - 14 foot ceilings, large windows trimmed in rich, dark woodwork. Also a 1/2+ acre back yard. For 130+ yrs, this has been home to notable members of the Greencastle and DePauw Community. Rumor has it that Percy Julian met with the Physics club in this place!
