The house consists of traditional elements such as the Mandolato, the red brick, a brick kitchen with Tuscan wood fronts and original ceramic tiles. Modern components are the parquet flooring and the underfloor heating. The house stands on a huge 1 ha. site featuring a large lawn, swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetable patches. The site belongs to a small but well known nursery that specialises in herbs and ornamental herbs. Sited in the middle of Tuscany, between Florence and the Mediterranean see (Versilia) Casa di Lea is easily reachable by car (the highway A11 is only 2km far away). The train station "Altopascio" can be reached in a couple of minute and the Pisa airport in ca. 30 min. Casa di Lea is the perfect solution for guests discovering Tuscany and looking for some rest in the beautiful Tuscan countryside after sightseeing tours and typical food experiences.
