Court mais très bon séjour chez Anne. Le logement est impeccable, traversant avec plusieurs balcons dont deux ont vu sur la mer. Très bien équipé et spacieux pour 6. Petit plus pour nous : Anne parle français ce qui a largement facilité la communication ! Merci pour tout !

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es ist wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Check In war super einfach und überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr unkompliziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns auch, damit wir vor Ort parken konnten. Die Umgebung kannten wir schon, ist einfach schön da zwischen Meer und Wald. ☀️

Marina ist eine sehr liebenswürdige, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt! Wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die Anlage in diesem schönen historischen Gebäude ist abgeschlossen, so dass wir im Garten auch gut unsere Standupbretter aufbewahren konnten. Wer lange Strände, Meer, Weite und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge liebt, kommt hier voll auf die Rechnung. Vielen, herzlichen Dank!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana io, il mio compagno, bimba di 6 anni e i nostri 2 cani…che dire..ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Rossella, Francesco e i 2 bambini sono stati molto ospitali, amichevoli e senza essere mai invadenti. Il nostro alloggio era pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, inclusi camera spaziosa, cucina completa di tutto, addirittura con lavastoviglie e microonde e bagno spazioso. Erano inclusi anche lenzuola, asciugamani, e addirittura aspirapolvere, stendino ecc… Fuori avevamo un’area ad uso esclusivo con tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. La vista sul mare è fantastica e basta scendere delle scalette per arrivare sulla spiaggia privata della villa dove è presente una terrazza con sdraio e poltrone condivise con gli altri ospiti.. Dovessimo ritornare in zona sicuramente cercheremo sempre alloggio a Villa l’hermite! Grazie di cuore 💖

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

La "Casetta" di Alessandra si trova a pochi passi dalla bella spiaggia di Lido di Camaiore in una zona molto tranquilla ed è ideale per chi cerca un posto dove potersi riposare e che sia vicino al mare. Da qui in circa 30 minuti è possibile raggiungere la bella Pisa e Lucca che meritano sempre una visita. La casa è a schiera ed è composta da un piano terreno dove è presente la zona living con un ampio terrazzo, al primo piano troviamo invece 2 camere da letto. I bagni sono 2, uno per piano. Nel piccolo giardino c'è per chi vuole la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto. Alessandra gestisce la casa in maniera impeccabile, ogni cosa è pulita, profumata ed al suo posto. È estremamente raro trovare questo tipo di location ed host così gentili e disponibili. Per qualsiasi cosa si è dimostrata sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in quest'alloggio. La casa era comoda e provvista di tutto e Silvia e Francesca sono state molto gentili e ospitali. L'alloggio si trova in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti dalla pineta di ponente che è molto piacevole per una passeggiata. L'alloggio si sviluppa su 2 piani e ha una rampa di scale per accedere al bagno e alla camera da letto, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi anche con il nostro bimbetto.

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie sehr gut gelegen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuche funktionieren zu Fuss. Die Wohnung ist äusserst liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Details stimmen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation ist immer prompt. Es waren für uns sehr schöne Ferien!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Lisa und Franceso waren großartige Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar in Wort und Tat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig saniert und renoviert. Tolle große Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Spül- und Waschmaschine, sehr komfortable Betten, genügend Stauraum und schnelles Internet. Nicht zu vergessen der Garten mit überdachter Terrasse. Das Parken vor dem Grundstück war selbst mit einem großen Wagen nie ein Thema. Die Bahnlinie in der Nähe hat uns tatsächlich überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Bahn bietet die Möglichkeit sehr günstig, beispielsweise nach Pisa oder Florenz zu fahren. Castiglioncello haben wir als kultivierten Urlaubsort wahrgenommen, von dem aus wir die Toscana sehr gut erkunden konnten und gleichzeitig auch schöne Zeit am Meer hatten.
