Bring the whole family to this private country getaway. With 2500 sq ft of living space and 7 total acres you’ll have plenty of space to explore! Of those 7 acres, 3 of them are a private lake great for fishing, swimming or a paddle boat. This “guesthouse” is the finished basement of the house we live in. These are 2 completely separate spaces with their own entrances. We live in the upstairs and offer our 2500 sq ft finished basement with its own living room, kitchen, game room & 2 bedrooms.

A nicely appointed lake house with rustic contemporary decor. Gourmet kitchen includes dishes, cookware and small appliances as well as a deluxe espresso/cappuccino maker. House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. Two kayaks, canoe, paddle board and some basic fishing equipment for guest use. Pontoon rental by owner - separate contract.

This 30ft home on wheels was built with heart and purpose, offering a quiet place to unwind while still being in the city. It’s a compact space with the basics you need for a short stay. This is not a luxury rental but a personal project that my dad and I built it during COVID after I lost my job. Using mostly reclaimed and recycled materials, this space became both my creative outlet and a fresh start.🌙🌿

This renovated bungalow offers the perfect mix of a 30 minute drive to Downtown Louisville with a natural escape to river views, hiking, mountain biking and paddling access at the mouth of the Salt And Ohio Rivers. The Pearman Trail is steps from the front porch, just across the railroad tracks, and leads to the public boat ramp, Historic Civil War Fort Duffield and the 7 miles of hike/bike trails which surround it. Explore the towns many National Historic Registry buildings.
