We have a private, self-contained Ground Floor Unit under our home in the quiet, leafy suburb of Mundingburra in Townsville, North Queensland. The Unit is on the ground floor of our home with a shared secure entrance, a heated pool with a deck and on-site parking. We are a short walk to nearby Sheriff Park and river walkways The Unit is a 15 min drive to most places in Townsville with bus services available nearby. We have free NBN Wifi. We are pet friendly with a small charge per stay.

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

Our Granny Flat is a tranquil oasis, set high up in the palm trees overlooking our swimming pool. Lorikeets whizz by, butterflies cruise by and you'll hear the occasional train toot. We're located in a lovely suburb walking distance to the QCB Stadium, less than 10 min drive into the city and extremely popular Strand area and restaurants. The entire Granny Flat is yours with private access, kitchen and living area, separate bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite with rain shower.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
