Tanjung Mefiyai Homestay has eight bungalows. There are three VIP bungalows on the beach and three more VIP bungalows on land. There are also two private bungalows (without en-suite bathrooms or toilets). All rooms have light switches and power outlets for charging equipment, glass windows, and all doors can be locked. The bedrooms can accommodate two people on raised beds. Sheets, pillows, bolsters, and mosquito nets are provided. An extra mattress can be provided.

Between the mangroves, Methos owns a strip of beach, on which three ‘Water Bungalows’ are located. Each bungalow accommodate two people and is built on stilts in the water. The bungalows are fully equipped with furniture, has a large veranda with sundeck. The bed is completely covered by a king-size mosquito net. On the veranda there is a hammock and a sun-lounger, from where you can watch the sunset.
