Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

This bright and spacious 1 bed room apartment is downstairs from the Superhosts of a Portobello Georgian House, is within walking distance to most major tourist sites in Dublin. It features 3 colorful 1840s period fireplaces, comfortable furnishings, and a lovely view of a thriving olive tree. Please note the old house charm of this place is not for everyone. There are a few quirks, like the closet shower, and the creaky old floorboards above that could disturb noise sensitive guests.
