We welcome you to our river house with great view to the White River (Hvítá). The house is very spacious for your large family or a group of friends. It is close to several tourist attractions; Gullfoss (25 km), Geysir (20 km), Skálholt (10 km) so you can easily use our place as your base and visit the area to come back in the afternoon and relax in our very spacious hot tub (10 persons) or light a fire in the fire place and look out to the peaceful river. The property is a modern 4-bedroom villa on the bank of lake Apavatn & river Hólaá. Kayaks, fishing poles & permits included for guests. (Fishing is only permitted during summer). The house is 184 m2, with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with a hot tub & a seating area facing the lake. It includes free WiFI, smartTV´s, sauna, washing machine & dryer. It is perfectly situated in the Golden Circle. It is 10 km from the town Laugarvatn where there are restaurants & Fontana Spa.

Romance reigns in the wonderful nature here. We breed horses in Lerkiholt. Horses and foals are in the pasture with us and can be right next to the house. Please don't give food or tauch them ;-) It is close to two swimming pools, approx. 5-10 minutes. It is also close to golf.
