This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .

LONE PINE COTTAGE (Hardtner House's Little Sister) is on the same 2 acre park-like property of the main house. This 600sf beauty is elegant, charming and comfortable including Living room with twin Murphy bed, small Kitchen with refrigerator-freezer, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee-maker, sink, kitchen basics, dining table-chairs. The bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, sofa, reading area, closet and vanity/lavatory. The bath includes a "wet bath" with shower. Sleeps 2 or 3.

It is very close to the Methodist Conference Center, Kisatchie, Indian Creek, I-49, Alexandria, and LSUA. If you are traveling by yourself or with your family, you will be comfortable. You will have all of the privacy in the world, but we are a minute away if you need us.

Come unwind in our clean and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 full bath home! It has all the amenities of home from new beds ( one queen, one full), furnished kitchen and laundry. The home is sitting on almost 2 acres so plenty of room for a boat or trailer. If you are coming in for a conference or camp, it’s only 2 miles away from the Pentecostal Campgrounds!
