Leakey River Rental. A Secluded & Spacious Home.

Two-story home, with 3 covered patios and a sunset view! Our house has been in business since the Spring of 2010, with five star ratings! We are tucked away in the hill country on the West fork of the Frio River. Even in this recent dry summer (2022), we still have running water in our river spot! We are North of Leakey, on a private 5.5 acre lot, with no neighbors. We are a short drive away from: Concan, Garner S.P. and Lost Maples. Relax in the peaceful hill country or cool off in the river

Frio Riverside Retreat

Hidden down in a canyon on the Frio River, this cabin offers a home base for exploring the Texas Hill country. Take a short walk to your own private river access. Walk up the road for several river road crossing and more crystal clear water to explore. Cook at home in the well equipped kitchen or drive 15 minutes to Leakey to dine at many of the local restaurants. Slow down and enjoy the sunset sets, moon rises and stars on the front porch in a comfortable rocker while watching the hummingbirds!

On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. There are two houses on this property within the 7 acres, so you can't get much more private than this! There's a downstairs patio with a BBQ pit, seating, and a perfect view to grill on a beautiful sunny day. The screened in back porch pairs perfect with your morning coffee. This 2 bdrm, 1 bath house is perfect for your mini vacay!

Nueces River House

Relax at this wonderful peaceful place with the family. The river is accessible from the house by ladder. Great fishing from the backyard! There is a spacious yard and beautiful trees. The porch is a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy the view. Internet is available but be aware it is a rural speed, not fast city speed. The house is 5 miles from Camp Wood which has restaurants and stores. A park is a short way away with benches, covers, another place to fish and to launch a kayak.

Sundance Ridge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the Frio Canyon. Sundance Ridge has everything you will need for your get away. Only 3 miles from town and an amazing pool to relax in while you soak in the views. The pool is available for your enjoyment! Please note that the hot tub is currently out of service and unavailable at this time. Porches all around this log cabin to read a book or visit with family and friends. Plenty of space inside to spread out and enjoy your time away.
