Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Welcome to The Holbrook House — a peaceful lakefront retreat on beautiful Lake Holbrook. Relax by the pool, gather around the firepit, grill on the BBQ, or spend the day fishing and boating with the public boat ramp just off the property. The newly remodeled home (2026) features 4 bedrooms with an optional 5th, outdoor seating across the one-acre yard, brand-new high-speed WiFi, and two 3 bathrooms. Just 5 minutes to downtown Mineola and 25 minutes to Canton Trade Days. We hope you’ll love it.

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown
