This lakefront renovated 500 sq condo is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood right off the Main Channel, on Ouachita River, close to the Dams chilly waters. The water stays cold due to that reason. Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace.
