The Dorothy house is in a great location. It is only 1.6 miles from Williamsburg Waterpark and The Mint, and about 2 miles from the University of the Cumberlands, Walmart, and downtown Williamsburg. It offers a country setting, but it is within driving distance of area attractions, such as Cumberland Falls State Park (20 miles) and Big South Fork National Forest. It offers the best of both worlds. It is great place just to relax; sit on the porch or deck and watch for wildlife or read a book.

Come unwind on over 5 acres, surrounded on three sides by the creek, shaded by giant leaf magnolia trees & rhododendron. You'll feel like you've been transported into the middle of your own little secluded island. We're only 5 miles from Cumberland falls and the famous moonbow, Nearby waterfalls and trails, The Polar express at BSF senic railway. There's an adventure in every direction!!

Hiking nearby in the Daniel Boone National Forest along with rafting, canoeing and kayaking. Board the Big South Fork Scenic Railway for a train ride to Barthell Coal Mining Town. Visit Cumberland Falls where you can hike or horseback ride. Or just stay at the farmhouse and relax. Enjoy the kitchen with all the modern conveniences and amenities to prepare a great meal.

Enjoy a stay in this newly renovated Corbin home in a quiet residential neighborhood. 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a host of amenities including WiFi, 65” tv with cable and streaming services, a well-equipped kitchen, and more. Adjacent to Corbin High School, you may walk to public-access tennis courts and walking track. Designed to be simple, attractive, stylish, and clean, with large windows to bring the outside in for a relaxing environment. Large porch to escape the mosquitoes, fire pit for use to keep warm, and plenty of space to explore.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

The Ambleside Cottage

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Ally’s Farmhouse

Drive through a working sheep farm to this roomy house surrounded by woods and fields. You'll find a large cabin with a roomy porch and a 30' x 30' sitting room with a large open fireplace, comfortable armchairs and a pool table. There are boardgames, cards, chess, jigsaw puzzles, library, wifi streaming via AT&T AirNet (= wireless modem, can be slow, and is affected by stormy weather). Patio with a gas barbecue. Fishing at two small ponds. Farm walks. Sleeps 11 with a queen inflatable.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. NO PARTIES.

The Perch on Pelham

Conveniently located 1 mile from exit 11 on I-75, this gorgeous apartment sits over the garage, and we call it the "Perch on Pelham." There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, perfect for your getaway. A full-size folding futon sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. This apartment features a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full-size fridge, air-fryer, and Keurig. Access to the apartment is via 16 steps from the ground to above the garage.
