Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. A wonderful place to chill-out and lose yourself - you won't want to leave! Sheer bliss!

Quiet cottage near station

Stable Cottage is a beautiful stable conversion in a village on the North Downs Way. It offers an ideal base for walking and cycling with many tracks and footpaths in the area. It is also easy to get to London from the property, just five minutes walk from Merstham station with direct trains to London (30-40 minutes). It is about 20 minutes from Gatwick by car or train. The property has two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Continental breakfast and toiletries are included.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct). Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
