Our cozy vintage 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double wide mobile home, is nestled between farm fields and still centrally-located in Greer. Your family can relax in the country while being close to everything. Pet the neighboring goats and take advantage of the fire pit roasting s'mores and hot dogs. In the spring and summer enjoy our peach, pear and apple trees while lounging on the front deck. Falls & Unity Park, Gville Zoo & Paris Mtn. are close by

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
