Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.

Walk to nearby restaurants, and coffee shops or take a 2-minute drive to the CMU Campus. The Water Park and Casino are a 8-10 min drive. This home is centrally located with a 'retreat-like' atmosphere. The home is fully stocked making it easy to pack light and plan big. A fav spot for CMU parents, alum, or those visiting the casino.

It will comfortably sleep two guest.
