Cozy waterfront home perfect for a couples getaway

she was able to get us in the air bnb nit even 4h after we asked super flexible with last second requests, she answered every question I asked was was super helpful. the property was beautiful and just like the pics, home was very cozy, clean and came with lots of extra towels, bed sheets and condiments. coffee,hot chocolate and a basket of snacks. we I'll for sure be comeing back next time we are in the area.

The lodge was beautiful. The location was so peaceful and with amazing views. I would love to come back one summer and see the area in a different season. Michael was a fab host and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much.

Our weekend at this location was beautiful! The house is beautiful with so much natural light and stunning views of the lake. The decor was lovely and very well curated. The hot tub and sauna were relaxing, private and offered such a special experience being right on the water. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back myself!!

We stay at Andra's for the week-end. We were a little group of friends and everything was perfect, from the bedding to the kitchen. It was easy to find and really peaceful. Andra was also great to talk too.

Peaceful Pines Cottage

We loved Joe and Kathleen's place so much, we had to come back! It is not too far from home for us but we feel like we "get away" staying here. Im so happy they allow us to take the fur babies. The hot tub is very clean and well maintained. I think that is worth mentioning considering some things I've seen at other properties. Thank you and we'll be seeing you again!

Nikkis Haus ist das perfekte Ferienhaus, bestens und mit vielen schönen Details ausgestattet, man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl, Nikki ist auch eine perfekte Gastgeberin und antwortet unverzüglich auf Anfragen, hatte eine tolle Zeit dort und die Lage direkt am Wasser ist super, man konnte auch Ende Oktober noch schwimmen

Location, location, location. Such a beautiful, quiet spot on Bras D’or, we spent a lot of time just looking out over the water (it was cold out there, mind you). The cottage is charming and attractively furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Storage space is minimal, but lots of hangers for clothing. The washer and dryer were a real asset. We enjoyed our stay.

maison agréable, bien équipée (ne manque qu'un lave-vaisselle pour être complet). Points positifs: une belle vue et une petite plage privée et une localisation isolée pour un calme absolu. séjour en famille agréable.

Wunderschönes Wohlfühl-Appartment mit Kamin und Schaukelsessel, wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die offensichtlich schon legendären Muffins waren köstlich, im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Wein. Supernette Gastgeberin. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar fensterlos, aber mit offener Tür kann man durchs Wohnzimmerfenster in den Garten schauen. Wir wären sehr gern noch länger geblieben. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Cabot-Trail!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cabin near the beach. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The host was excellent—very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Had a lovely stay. It is in a private area, and although other cottages are around, only a few people were seen. The cabin came equipped with firewood and charcoal for the wood stove, which made the evenings nice and cozy.

Loved everything about the cabin - may need an update for hot plate in kitchen but barbecue worked great. Attention to every detail including farmers matches, little flash lights, & rechargeable night light. We had 2 fabulous campfires, did stargazing & even had a full moon. We also enjoyed several Celtic Colours Festival events!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The house was spotless, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location on the lake was absolutely stunning, and having kayaks available was a wonderful bonus. It made our trip to Cape Breton and the Cabot Trail even more enjoyable. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear instructions and a thorough description provided. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at Richard’s place. The location is beautiful and has a very walkable coast line. It has great privacy and is also a great location to visit other sites such as the Cabot Trail, Highland Village Museum, and the Eskakoni area.
