The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! Flint Hill Bright and Spacious Basement Apt, WiFi

This spacious and light-filled unit is perfect for touring Washington, DC with the whole family. It is the lower level, with separate entry, of a large family home. 25-30 minutes to downtown driving or by Metro. We are a short car/cab ride to the Vienna metro station. Many beds, a kitchenette, washer and dryer, and a playset in the backyard for the littles. Street parking is by permit for up to one car. Put your feet up after trekking around; we’ve got board games and complimentary popcorn.
