Originally called “schoolhouse #7” on the 1896 Mansfield Map, it was converted to a 2 bedroom home in the mid 1900's. Recently updated with some creature comforts like a fresh new bathroom, unique furniture, and cozy beds. Situated on a nice quiet 1/2 acre lot above a ravine with a babbling creek below. Be cautious of the ravine and hillside, we have fencing to protect guests of the steep hillside.

Located in the picturesque hills right before Mohican State Park, you will find yourself immersed in nature. There is access to a private drive with added privacy so you can enjoy your oasis in the woods! A hot tub was just added for a more relaxing experience!
