Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

The University of Kentucky is less than 2 miles away, KY Horse Park, The Bluegrass Airport, and Keeneland are all within a 15 minute drive.

There are two large rooms - a kitchen and a bedroom - in addition to the small bathroom. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a full-sized futon couch (for an additional sleeping option). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Forget something? Kroger grocery is only 1/2 block away, as are a variety of local restaurants, bars, and retail stores!

Enjoy the spectacular views of the Kentucky River from this second-floor studio. Located within an easy walk of hiking trails and dining. Visit the Waterfront Grill or Hall’s on the River. A tasting at the winery just a few minutes away will sweeten your stay. For more play, kayak rental is nearby. This property is nestled on the riverbank. You will encounter bugs if you are enjoying the outdoors. We have regular exterminations, but an occasional cob web is to be expected.

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom. The bedrooms are located upstairs. We look forward to hosting you soon. Given that it is located downtown we provide noise machines and complementary earplugs for any street noise.

Located walking distance to many attractions. *Do not book if live in the Lexington Area without my approval. *Must be 21 years old to book *Free street parking *I allow 3 guests with added fee but do not recommend for more than 2 days. *My prices have gone up only because I have had bad luck with the guests that have booked with lower prices.
