Near the beach. Warm, comfortable and peaceful studio-apartment. Close to all the fun. Quiet neighborhood in a centric area. Only 5 min. from Pico Piedra Beach and Aguada's coastline where you can find restaurants and sport bars, 15 mins. from Rincon's Lighthouse, Surfing beaches, Steps Beach, 9 min. to Rincón Plaza; 20 min. to Crash Boat, Aguadilla... Nearby are restaurants, bakery, supermarkets and many others. Third and fourth guest have an extra fee of $15 each/night. No pets allowed.

If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes. An entertainment room with a cashless billiard/dart board., basketball board, Wifi, and a Roku Smart TV with additional local Air TV.
