Alfredo's house was the ideal space for our family of 3 adults and 2 children. Good size rooms, clean and centrally located. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Nahomy was an excellent host and the place was great! Everything was very clean and cozy. Great beds and sheets and nice bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. All the essentials! Really enjoyed the gas cooktop too! The area feels safe and is fun at night to walk to nearby places for beer or food. We would definitely recommend this place and would look forward to coming back! Loved our visit!

Perfect place for my group retreat. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend for a very nice place away from tourist traps.

Very comfortable and clean place for a group. Had everything we needed, including a power generator (we stayed while the island had a power outage and had no real trouble). Host was very responsive and kind, had no trouble checking in or out. Close to supermarkets and pharmacies, overall an excellent experience.

Blue Waves Beach House was the perfect fit for my family! There was also so much to do in Salinas. We ate and drank well, all the while enjoying the constant sounds of waves crashing outside. The house was very clean and very spacious. The amenities were as described and we enjoyed the entire property. If you are looking for an all-inclusive type of vacation home, this one is supreme. I cannot name anything that I would change. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you to our amazing hosts for having us!

Quedamos satisfechos con esta estadía. La casa se sintió cómodo y espaciosa para nuestra familia. Se encontraba limpia y organizada. Nos gustó el espacio de la piscina y la pasamos muy bien. Tuvimos instrucciones claras por parte de Jonathan durante toda la reservacion. Lo recomendaría.

My family and i loved this place. Felt like home. Isa is a great host responded right away. I felt like I’ve known her forever. The island had a power outage and we were not affected at all we followed her instructions and had light and water. We were so happy. The place was clean and so peaceful. My family and i did not want to leave. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying there again. Thank you so much for your hospitality

We had a wonderful time in the cozy cabin at Rancho Guayacán. Alex was a very friendly host, was always available and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. There were some super friendly dogs on the ranch which we and the kids immediately fell in love with. We would definitely come back!

Hermoso lugar, super accesible a restaurantes, gasolineras, supermercados. Su dueño super amable y atento. Definitivamente regresaremos.

The patio and pool are wonderful. There is not a lot of cooking tools I.e no baking sheets or measuring cups. If you are looking to prepare meals you will need to bring or buy disposable baking items. There are many roosters in the area which did make a lot of noise throughout the night. Hector was available to quickly answer questions & home owner was accommodating to our need to possibly cancel.

Hector was super responsive the entire process- from before even booking! We had things that we wanted to do all over the island- Ponce, Yauco, Cabo Rojo, Aguadilla, Cayey, Rio Grande & San Juan. Everything was within a reasonable drive. The biggest selling factor, other than the responsiveness, was the toys for the kids, and the large (wide) bunk beds. We came with our 1 year old, so entertaining him at the house was not a concern, and I wasn't worried about him rolling/falling off the bed. My husband and I said that these hosts definitely have kids because the toys were absolutely PERFECT- only parents would know what to/not to have. The air conditioning worked very well, and very quickly. We only ever ate breakfast there, but it seemed like they had everything you'd need (dishes/utensils) for any meal. Additionally, the outdoor patio space was so cute. We wished we would have taken the time to utilize that space. Definitely will consider staying here again for our next trip!

Muy recomendado. Excelente servicio de parte del dueño. Propiedad muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. El area es muy tranquila y cerca de resturantes, muelles y todas las amenidades que ofrece el pueblo de Salinas. Esperamos regresar pronto.

Fue un placer quedarme en la casa. Estaba limpia y ordenada y me sentía como si estuviera en mi hogar. La cocina tiene todos los enseres necesarios para cocinar. Siempre que viaje a PR espero poder quedarme en esta casa. Muchas gracias.

El lugar es según más fotos, cómodo para familia grande , el anfitrión es súper atento , está cerca de muchos restaurantes y cerca de farmacias y supermercados , caminando a la playa. Estaba todo limpio y organizado . Lo recomiendo 100%

Our stay was beautiful! The place is perfect size for our family. Everything was clean, stocked and well prepared for us. Alfredo was great explaining directions, giving us instructions for check in and check out. He is very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We came to stay near by our family and it was perfect! Everything we needed was less than 10 mins away from us. I am very familiar with the neighborhood as I grew up there and this was absolutely perfect for us! We cannot wait to come back next time we visit our family! Thank you so much Alfredo!
