EPA-registered cleaning products. All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Trained Professionals. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum. Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus? COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Due to covid-19 our cleaners are going to need more time to get the lodges to the standard that is required. The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Temporary measures currently in place has resulted in removing the following. Iron/ ironing board. Hair dryer. Fleece blanket. DVDs / Xbox games. Nescafé Dolce gusto machine. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a bedroom with queen size bed (suitable for x1 child/young adult or x2 small children sharing, a shower room and wc and open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Formby Garden Chalet

Private use of a spacious purpose built chalet with use of an adjoining Conservatory in Formby, situated in a secure garden at the rear of our property. The chalet can be provided in super king or 2 single bed configuration and is convenient for all transport links along the spectacular Sefton coastline and nearby Liverpool and Southport. We are close by to all local Championship Golf Courses such as Formby and Royal Birkdale which makes it an ideal base for touring golfers.

Delamere Lodge

Just fifteen minutes out of Chester, on the edge of the beautiful Delamere Forest, Delamere/Champions Lodge is a specially-equipped lodge for families with specialist needs. The children’s bedroom has a specialist bed, a single bed and a large bathroom (with bath and shower) en-suite. The second bedroom can be set up as a double or a twin with separate shower room. There is a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area with a sofa bed and a great view into the forest.
