With wonderful walks from the front door, a 10 min drive from Corwen, 20 mins from Bala or Llangollen and countless sites to visit.

There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

The former coach house stands in private mature grounds, and is approached via a gated entrance and a sweeping gravel drive ascending to the property. It is a self contained first floor apartment, accessed via external steps to the rear of the building, that dates back to 1780.

Our gorgeous dog friendly bed cottage (formally the village wash house) has been sympathetically restored (summer 2021) and is ready to welcome guests. With your private patio to sit out on and enjoy the views of the Dyfi Forest and all that the area has to offer it's an easy choice to make!
