Private Hot Tub River Retreat

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, closet space and air conditioning. The upstairs sunroom has an amazing view of the beach and surroundings. You will be amazed by the sunset views and if you're lucky you just might see the Northern Lights! The beach is perfect for walking, kayaking or swimming.

Enjoy a river side deck as well as a floating dock (May to November) in the river channel (deep enough for most boats and perfect for kayaking or canoeing or swimming).
