The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony that gives you a great view of downtown. It has full bathroom, designated dining area and living room with a twin size captain bed that can sleep an extra person. Wifi is available as well as washer and dryer services on the property. Ideal spot for a quick stay as it’s very accessible to anything ATX!

We call our beautiful tiny home The Urban Retreat because it’s located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown’s hustle bustle, yet close enough to walk there in about 15mins (Rainy St). Also, only about a 10min walk to Lady Bird LakeTrail. Drive a few mins North to the UT Campus & a few mins West to Zilker Park. We’re less than 15 mins from the airport! PLEASE NOTE: 2 friendly dogs & a cat live on property & enjoy interacting with guests. If you like animals, you’ll love this place!
